On the occasion of the renewal of our site form, I cannot say more than what I said when I renewed it by the middle of 2005. However, I see it necessary to repeat the word I said then before commenting any further, and here comes the text:
\"Keeping the promise I took on myself during the electoral campaign, as a candidate of the Justice and Development Party, the promise to work on the continuous communication with the inhabitants- this, being the minimum obligation a parliamentary representative should have towards his people so as to always be near their concerns and also to give them a chance to assess him and the activities he does in representing them at Parliament… and caring to enroll ourselves in the process of modernism, and true modernity, I, immediately after opening a permanent bureau of communication with the citizens in Taroudant, and two other bureaus visited every two weeks in Ouled Teima and in El Guerdane, took the decision to create a site of my own to expose my activity as representative and to allow communication with the citizens\' problems, their suggestions and remarks.
Of course, the site knew serious continuous obstacles as the person in charge of it did not carry the responsibility, as he should, until it gradually closed. I felt a challenge in me since I did not want an important section of people to lose this canal of communication, and so I decided to create a new site substituting the old one but this time relying on my own personal abilities and competencies in this domain.
Thus, I could, and in spite of my responsibilities and too much work, spare some of my time to devote to learning about creating and managing sites, especially during the long hours traveling between Taroudant and Rabat.
These are the steps I took before the birth of this site, which is, for me, the continuity of the former one in fulfilling the two main objectives as briefly mentioned above:

In fact, this word was not a simple thing for me. It was a heavy obligation I could not easily fulfill towards the inhabitants, for the simple reason that when I took the decision to create this site, I was completely aware of the difficulties awaiting me, technical or else. The management of a site, developing it with technical expertise and informative material and so on, is a matter, which, if easy to manage for a certain time, will be difficult to continue. But, being endowed with a strong faith that the success of a project is not judged by the efforts and money it takes but by the outcome and objectives it achieves.
It is a principle that I was convinced of, especially after noticing the positive results, be it on the level of easy and wide contacts, on the level of there is the participation in building the true example of the work of the nation\'s representatives, reinforcing the trust in parliament and resisting the negative image, a thing of the past now, weaved by some irresponsible behaviors.

Pleased with the result as said above, and as reflected in the impressions of many correspondents about the importance of this site, I decided to take the most difficult choice, that of going forward to continuously contact every one through this modest site. It is a choice to keep the faith of renewing, developing, and facing any defects which may arise until it becomes a\" special lamp\" able to widely show itself to everybody.
